Possible Prommy, end of September?

Hey guys,
There's talk in the air about prommies! I'm game, but I'd like to propose the lvl 30 prommie, and I'm suggesting the end of September or beginning of October. I will have my BST/NIN to ready to go by then. Opinions on the date and level would be good.
Also, I don't know what to expect with the prommy. All I've hear is to invest in potions. Any advice would be nice too. Other then that, READY TO ROCK!!!!
